Job content
As a service delivery manager you are in charge for following activities inside our company :
- Realize daily governance of (pre-defined) large and complex agreements.
- Safeguarding contractual agreements
- Aligning with departments internally and externally
- Single point of contact after sales has been realized.
- Detecting/creating and following up new profitable opportunities for his existing customer, who see you as trusted advisor and his SPOC
Profile
- You have experience in organisation and administration
- You have experience in technics and preferably in HVAC.
- You speak Dutch, French and preferably English fluently,
- You are pro-active in order to give the customer the best service
- You work secure and well organised.
- You have a customer centric behaviour
- You have analytic skills
